Robert Geneid has also found success in the field of
property development and construction. He is the Executive Director of the
Malaysian construction company, Kumpulan Parabena. The company is the developer
of the mega housing project, the Taman Tunku Township. This project has housed
a population of 20,000.

His other companies had also worked on a number of other
major construction projects. Both the New Kuching Port and the Kuching Outdoor
Stadium was developed by them. Those projects were awarded to them after going
through an international bid. The projects were both successfully completed
within the stipulated time period and within the construction budget.
